I'm Glen — a product manager at Customer.io, where I work on AI-native architecture and context-driven personalization. I spend most of my time thinking about how to move products from feature parity to differentiated, intelligence-driven workflows.

I'm energized by embeddings, memory layers, agent workflows, and the idea that software should understand context deeply enough to act on it. The best products feel like they know you — and I want to build more of those.

Before product, I studied how systems compound over time — how small, well-placed foundations create leverage that scales. That lens shapes everything I build, from internal tools to the side projects I hack on after hours.
